Wow! I just nearly spit water out of my nose when I saw that second photo. I have heard (and may have experienced) runner's poops but never to that extreme!! EWW

I don't think I have ever heard of picture 2 happenning, but in my own experience - wetting myself would not be out of the question.....3 kids - no more control.

But good for you for running. I just ate an almond croissant for breakfast, and now I'm at my computer where I plan to sit for a few hours. Awesome.
a) That first picture made me choke on my drink. Lol. That's hilarious!
b) At least you feel good after running. I feel great when I go running, but afterwards I feel like I'm going to vacate my bowels, like, oh, get out of my way, NOW. My dad, a marathon runner, is the same way.
c) I should usethat as my excuse to never go running again.
d) I'm so sorry that I've been a lousy blogger lately. These last few weeks are kicking my ass. Thank you so much for all of your support and for checking in on us =) I really appreciate it and your comments always make me smile.
