Yes, Virginia

Macy's and me? A match made in heaven. You see, I don't even have to go outdoors to get to this famous store - it's connected to my work building! Needless to say, I spend A LOT of time scouring Macy's for bargains.

This holiday season, Macy's wants everyone - from the most enthusiastic to the most cynical- to believe in and embrace the holiday spirit of love and charity.

Writing letters to Santa Claus is an age-old tradition for children all over the world. Macy's is collecting these letters in a special Santa letterbox at all Macy's stores. For each letter received, Macy's will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

And since this Mommy works right near a "Santa mailbox", the boyz are VERY eager to have me "deliver" their letters to Santa. And I couldn't be happier that their letters will be helping a sick child's wish come true.

I keep dreaming of us getting a Macy's. No luck so far, I am jealous.

The kids dropped off their letters on Saturday. And the waiting began in earnest!

Macy's is doing such an awesome thing this holiday. I'm so glad to see it, and I hope lots of people participate so the Make-A-Wish Foundation benefits in a BIG way.
