Yet Another Reason to Drink (More) Wine

Anybody else hear about this study?

To summarize: "Doctors say there's surprisingly little benefit to drinking 8 glasses of water a day."

Apparently there is no scientific proof that drinking water will make you feel full...and therefore eat less.

I disagree.

When I am consciously trying to count calories and lose weight (as I have been all winter since Wednesday), drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day totally helps.

Because I'm too busy running to the bathroom to pee all day (and night) to have time to eat.

Is there a medical condition where your bladder doesn't go back to its normal size after pregnancy?

PEA-BLADDERITIS, perhaps? Because I think I have it.

Seriously.

There is a name for that?

A lot of my "things" never returned to their pre-pregnancy size. Including my bladder!

Just create an acronym for it and it will instantly be considered a medical condition. How about PPBD - Post Pregnancy Bladder Disorder.

Sounds official doesn't it?

Bottoms Up!

How did your dad make out?

I think you also lose more weight drinking water because you're burning all those calories running to the bathroom every 4.75 minutes.

:)

Haha, I don't care what it's called - I love the fact that you have concluded that less water and more wine is good :) That is what you meant right?.....

I thought it was just me! Oh, thank you thank you for making me feel more normal. Excuse me, gotta go pee now.
