Big Girl Sarah

I start tomorrow! Gah.

This morning was spent in a flurry of trying-on frenzy. What to wear, what to wear? I've decided on the basic brown suit (BOOORING yet safe). I did some ironing. I packed my bag for tomorrow. And by the way, it's only 10am. I'm a leeetle bit nervous.

I predict the rest of this Sunday will be spent staving off the inevitable nervous-stomach diarrhea and hugging the boyz.

Good luck! I know you'll do great. :) Working is tough, but it makes you appreciate so many of the little things. The kids' smiles when you walk in the door are priceless. My baby runs into my arms and all of the sudden the day's work stress is gone and I get to do the most important job of the day, being a Mommy. :)

Well, at least there are no major weather events predicted for the Northeast tomorrow... oh wait...

Good luck! I'm sure it'll go just fine.

And you'll totally deserve chocolate when you get home.

I'll be thinking of you.
Try to remember, when the guilt starts to nip, that you are doing this with the best of intentions and no matter what there are always options. Breathe.

(((hugs)))

Bossy is so jealous, as she sits in her sweatpants dreaming of suits and offices.

Good luck at your new job as a Senior Paralegal!!

It sounds like a fantastic job - and four weeks of vacation is awesome...

I worked full-time when the girls were younger and I thought the same thing - that they would need me more when activities and homework were the norm. I was right, and so are you - now is the time!!

Have a great first day!

Big changes (like the hair makeover too, BTW)! I hope your first day was spectacular.
