Flop, Flop, Flop, Zip, Zap, Zut

Let me just get this off my chest: I hate the Froggy books. Despise them. Dread reading them. They're just so......dumb. And, of course, my boyz love Froggy. All the flop, flop, flops; all the zuts, zwoops, zings; zip, zat, zuts....Seriously.

And I confess...when we go to the library each week, I purposely don't pick out a Froggy book...but somehow, each week, we come home with at least one...the boyz manage to scour the shelves and find them on their own, much to my chagrin.

So guess what? Froggy is going to be visiting our local Barnes & Noble this Saturday. I kinda feel like I should take the boyz, to compensate for my loathing dislike of this fictional character.

When I remarked to Eldest that Froggy would be visiting the bookstore, his response was a shrug of the shoulders and this statement: "He'll probably be naked. He's always forgetting stuff." I guess I'm not the only one who thinks Froggy is a little dumb.

I have never heard of Froggy. And your Eldest's opinion is funny- you never can tell what is going on inside their little heads!!

That last little line made me laugh.

I just recently started reading your blog and it constantly makes me laugh. (In a good way, of course.)

Thanks for the tip...I'll try to stay far, far away from Froggy.

Can't stand reading them either. Luckily, Sweet Boy finds them equally as annoying.

I guess I should feel lucky to not know of Froggy!

Totally know what you mean about those damn Froggy books. I totally skim them when I read to my 3 year old.

Now who would NOT want to see a naked frog? Smart boy!
